When is the FREEDOM Summit?

We are so excited to host our first official Freedom Summit on January 26-27, 2023!

January 26th - Event Day 1 (9 am - 5 pm)

January 26th - VIP Diner Experience (6 pm - 9 pm)

January 27th - Event Day 2 (9 am - 5 pm)

Venue Location: CRES COMMUNITY CENTER, 5101 N Rome Ave, Tampa, FL 33603

What is the safety/COVID policy?

We will be following all State and local guidelines regarding masks and vaccinations at this event, which are currently not required. This is subject to change and any updates will be communicated. However, InFLOWential always recommends that participants follow CDC guidelines during their travel and at the event.

Can I give / sell my ticket to someone else if I can no longer attend?

YES! Email info@beinflowential.com to request the transfer. Provide all information for the person receiving the ticket.

I purchased a ticket and now I have to cancel. Can I get a refund?

No, unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds. All event ticket sales are final.

Can I bring my child(ren) to the conference?

We are so glad you want your family to experience the Freedom Summit, but unfortunately, attendance is limited to individuals over the age of eighteen (18). If your child is over the age of eighteen (18) and did not purchase a ticket in advance, they will be denied entry.

Is there a room block available?

No. The Event Venue has several neighboring hotels for booking to meet any accommodation and budget preferences. A list of recommended hotel options with availability will be provided upon registration.

Will meals be provided with my ticket purchase?

Yes. The All Access Pass includes snacks and lunch on both event days. The VIP Pass also includes the VIP Dinner and Networking Happy Hour on the evening of January 26th.
